We are Media Manifesto Inc a small Saskatoon based digital agency. We solve problems - in particular Marketing Technology, Analytics and Development ones. We love data and collect as much of it as we can. We use data to identify actions we can take to improve our products and services.
Engagement, Media, and Cookies Oh My!
Being a digital agency with a focus in Analytics we collect some data about visitors to our websites and apps. Generally this is anonymized information in Google Analytics but it can also be in the form of raw server logs which includes IPs and personally identifiable information. Server logs are kept indefinitely to track performance, usage and for security purposes.
Embedded content from other websites
Content on this site and our apps may include embedded content (e.g. scripts, videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
We don't actively share your data with third parties. The key exceptions are embedded content or some scripts sometimes include tracking that we do not control and instances where a client has contracted us to build an app for tracking on their website.
How long we retain your data
We are data hoarders and will keep the data indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you and we'll do our best to remove that data as a courtesy. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Terms of Service
You are welcome to use our apps, websites and services as long as you do so in good faith without intent to harm others, us or yourself. Additionally you will use our apps, websites and services at your own risk - we are in no way liable for harm, chagrin or disappointment you may be required to endure. By using our apps, websites and services you agree to these terms and promise to be super chill and kind forevermore.
